Voyage Traffic Tab

The Traffic tab displays AI-processed carrier traffic updates associated with a voyage.

Users can view the history of pending, rejected, and approved voyage processing requests and review the extracted data before it is finalized.

Overview

Each traffic record represents a single carrier report that has been automatically parsed by the system.

The record will also include an approval status, which determines whether the extracted data is accepted and synced to the voyage record.

Viewing Source Files

Every traffic record includes a View Source File button, allowing users to open the original document that AutoPilot used to extract information.
This helps verify data accuracy and trace the information back to the carrier’s email or file submission.
